How to buy high-quality used gear

• Choose your gear and make your purchase!

  • Your payment will include the Seller’s listing price plus shipping. You will choose a shipping cost option when you select gear for purchase, not at checkout.

    • Determine the shipping distance using the seller’s zip code included in the item description.

    • Shipping will be included as a drop-down menu on the product listing page.

    • Choose the correct shipping distance from the options listed and it will automatically be added to the price of the item.

      • The options will include 0-1000 miles, 1001-2000 miles, and 2001 miles or more.

  • You can pay using a credit card, Apple Pay, or direct deposit. Your payment will be held in a secure escrow account until you have received your gear.

  • If the Seller doesn’t hold up their end of the deal, you get a full refund.

• When Bob’s Classifieds receives your funds, they will be held in a secure escrow account.

  • We will notify the Seller of your purchase, and they will then have 3 business days to ship the gear to you and supply you with a tracking number.

• When you receive your new gear, inspect it closely to ensure that it meets your expectations.

  • You will have 48 hours to request a refund. Learn more about refunds HERE

  • If you do not request a refund within 48 hours, your purchase will be complete. Enjoy your gear!
