and if it’s not, we want to make sure you get your money back.

After receiving their purchase, the Buyer has 4 business days to request a refund if they are not 100% satisfied.
Bob’s Classifieds will provide the Buyer with return shipping instructions.
The Buyer will have 4 business days to ship the gear back to the Seller and supply a tracking number. The Buyer will notify Bob’s Classified upon delivery of the return.
When Bob’s Classifieds has verified the returned gear, the Buyer will be fully reimbursed including freight charges.
The Seller will be reimbursed 50% for shipping costs.
