How it Works
We’re an online sales site for kiting and winging gear, providing an escrow account service to facilitate secure sales.
Our mission is to facilitate a secure transaction so that the risk of fraud is eliminated for sellers and buyers alike!!
We hold buyers funds including freight in an escrow account. Once the buyer is satisfied we will release those funds to the seller.
Our fee is 10% with a maximum fee of $50 dollars.
For Sellers
Please place a complete add with all the information the buyer will need to decide on a purchase.
This includes:
-Complete written description of the gear being sold including brand, age, level of use, condition, any damage or repairs. Item weight and shipping zip code included to buyer can estimate shipping costs.
-High quality pictures, multiple angles, and close ups of any damaged areas.
-When your gear is being purchased, Bob will hold the money in escrow and will send you the shipping information for the buyer.
-You will have 5 business days to supply a tracking number for gear or the buyer will receive a refund.
-Once the gear has been shipped and received, the buyer has 48hrs to request a refund. If no refund is requested, the funds will be released to you minus Bob’s 10% fee for securing the transaction.
-If a refund is requested, the buyer will have 72 hours to provide you with a tracking number on return shipping. If tracking is not received in 72 hrs, the refund will be void and your sales funds will be released to you minus Bob’s 10% transaction fee.
For Buyers
-Estimate shipping cost to include with your purchase price. Use the sellers zip code and the following UPS link to estimate cost.
-Send your payment to Bob. Include the sellers asking price, estimated shipping cost, and the item number for Bob’s reference.
-When Bob receives your funds, he will place them in a secure escrow account and notify the seller who has 5 days to ship the gear and supply you with a tracking number.
-When you receive the gear, inspect it closely to ensure that it meets your expectations. You have 48 hours to request a refund. If you do not request a refund within 48 hours, your purchase will be completed. Enjoy your gear!
-If you do request a refund, you will then have 72 hours to supply a tracking number indicating that the gear is being sent back to the seller.
-When we are notified that the seller has received the returned gear, your purchase funds will be returned along with your cost of return shipping as well. There is no risk!
